Setanta Sport 2 is the second Georgian channel operated by Setanta Sports Eurasia, the pay-TV sports network that has served Georgian viewers since 2016 and has been owned by Adjarasport since 2021.
A single channel can only show one live event at a time, so Setanta Sport 2 exists to carry the network’s rights portfolio – which spans top European football competitions such as the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and Bundesliga, as well as rugby union, the NBA, the NHL, golf, tennis, and UFC – whenever two major fixtures overlap. Setanta Sports Eurasia broadcasts across more than a dozen countries in the Baltic states, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia, with programming produced in several languages including Georgian.
In Georgia specifically, the network runs three dedicated feeds, of which Setanta Sport 2 is one, letting local fans stream a broader slice of world sport live online than a single channel could carry alone.
